Advanced Analytics
Today’s global economy has increased
the need for fact-based decision-making using scientific
analytics, not just business experience and intuition. Both
strategic and tactical decisions must be based on a balanced
mixture of quantitative and qualitative data derived from
operational experience, industry knowledge and a detailed
understanding of human factors. In response to this trend,
the Breckenridge Institute maintains expertise in a number
of statistical packages like SAS, SPSS, and LISREL, which
allows us to conduct advanced analytics using methodologies
such as:
- Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
- Reliability Analysis
- Multiple Regression Analysis
- Logical Regression
- Categorical Analysis
- Factor Analysis
|
- Cluster Analysis
- Multi-Dimensional Scaling
- MANOVA (multivariate analysis of variance)
- Covariance Structural Models (LISREL)
- Data Mining

An organization’s culture is like
its personality, with unique patterns of financial and
non-financial performance that can be characterized using
a variety of assessment tools developed by the Breckenridge
Institute. Advanced statistical techniques (like factor
analysis and regression analysis) are used to identify
effective and ineffective patterns of organizational performance,
which subsequently form a quantitative basis for organizational
improvement and change initiatives. Advanced analytic techniques
are also used to explore the cause-and-effect relationship
between: a) corporate culture, b) financial and non-financial
performance indicators, and c) the personality styles and
ways of working of leaders, managers, and staff members.
In addition, the Institute also has the expertise to design
and implement the database architectures needed to store
and manipulate large data samples using Access, SQL Server,
and Oracle platforms.
