The Breckenridge Institute is the only organization
that offers a program leading to being a Certified Culture Consultant™ (CCC™).
Applicants must demonstrate competency in the following areas:
- The origin of the study of culture by anthropologists in academia
- Early applications of the study of culture to organizations in
the mid-1980s
- Theoretical models and key thinkers in the study of organizational
culture
- Using the Breckenridge Institute’s Organizational Model as
a basis for cultural interventions in organizations
- Using the Breckenridge Institute’s Harnessing
Process™ as
a basis for cultural interventions in organizations
- Using the Institute’s seven areas of expertise as “windows” into
the underlying patterns of organizational culture
- Understanding how organizational culture links to financial and
non-financial performance indicators
- Understanding how organizational culture links to individual assessment
tools
- Understanding how 360 degree reviews are a reflection of organizational
culture
- Using the following Breckenridge Institute tools:
In addition, applicants must demonstrate professional level membership
and active participation in the Institute of Management Consultants
(IMC) and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
