On-Line Assessments
As the frenetic pace of our global economy presses
organizations to their operational limits, there is an even greater
need for fact-based decision-making using scientific analytics, not
just business experience and intuition. The Institute’s portfolio of on-line assessments
gives leaders and managers the tools, methodologies, and quantitative
information they need to make informed decisions and to transform their
organization’s culture into a more reliable resource. We also
offer a wide variety of individual assessments that enable clients
to improve human performance within the context of organizational culture.

The Breckenridge Culture Indicator™ (BCI™) is a powerful organizational culture assessment tool that helps managers identify the root causes and underlying patterns of ineffective performance in the structures, systems, and culture using the See-Do-Get Process®. The BCI™ identifies important characteristics about your organizational culture by evaluating three key organizational dimensions: a) Strategic View, b) Execution, and c) Organizational Climate.
The BTI™and BRI™are based on the Breckenridge Enneagram™ that integrates the original work of Claudio Naranjo; Maslow’s psychology and Hierarchy of needs; the See-Do-Get Process®; and a rigorous approach to psychometric analysis and empirical research. The Breckenridge Enneagram™ is set apart from other approaches to the Enneagram by its focus on a naturalistic, scientific view of personality and psychological processes that are linked to modern advances in the neurosciences.
