<<Back The Sikora Strategy Preference Indicator™ (SikoraSPI™) is a unique approach to assessing the Enneagram personality styles tailored specifically for the business environment. The Enneagram is a system of nine distinct strategies for interacting with individuals, groups of people, organizational structures, systems, culture, and the world around us.
