Elin Larson MS
Deputy Director

“Organizational and psychological energy are like two sides of the same coin - they can't be separated because processes don't do work, people do.”

My professional focus views work as having three dimensions: a) evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing the performance of business and work processes, b) using IT to shape, not just automate, how work is done, and c) understanding how employees' personalities factor into work planning and individual work assignments. The key is to understand how to tease a part complex performance issues that have process, computing, and personality components. My professional focus will continue to be helping clients build competitive advantage and increased revenue by optimizing business processes, increasing efficiency with practical computing solutions, and “mapping” the natural talents and creative abilities of employees to the challenges of the work environment.
