Center for Research and Development
The Center for Research and Development conducts research on identifying objective measures of validity for measuring and improving organizational and individual performance, as well as developing innovative assessment tools that help managers become catalysts of organizational transformation. Organizations are perfectly designed to get the results they get, so their configuration of structures, systems, and culture will produce predictable results – good or bad. These configurations have unique patterns of financial and non-financial performance that can be revealed using the assessment methodologies developed by the Breckenridge Institute®. Advanced statistical techniques (like regression analysis) can be used to identify effective and ineffective patterns of organizational performance, which can subsequently form a quantitative basis for organizational improvement and change initiatives. The Center also develops the database architectures needed to store and manipulate these large data samples using SQL Server and Oracle platforms. The Breckenridge Institute’s Center for Research and Development is committed to giving leaders and managers the tools, methodologies, and quantitative information they need to make informed decisions and to become catalysts of organizational transformation.
