Mark S. Majors PhD
Senior Staff Member

“Today’s global economy has increased the need for fact-based decision-making using scientific analytics, not just business experience and intuition.”

My professional work and research at the Breckenridge Institute focus on developing innovative personality assessment tools that give leaders and managers the quantitative information they need to make informed decisions. An organization’s culture is like its personality, with unique patterns of financial and non-financial performance that can be revealed using a variety of assessment tools. Statistical techniques (like factor analysis) can be utilized to identify effective and ineffective patterns of performance, which can then be used as a quantitative basis for making and measuring organizational change. My professional work and research at the Institute will continue to focus on understanding the cause-and-effect relationships between culture, financial and non-financial performance, as well as the personality styles of leaders, managers, and staff members with the goal of improving organizational and individual performance.
