Anthony Malensek MS
Staff Member
“We believe in helping you obtain
superior and sustainable financial results and at the same
time cultivating and nurturing your most valuable resource
- your employees.”
My professional work and research focus
on the collection and analysis of financial and operational
data. Accurate record keeping is the life-blood of every
business and the thorough analysis of those data can help
answer the question: “How's
my business really doing?” In order to stay competitive,
companies must move toward computerized systems that integrate
business processes then track, monitor, analyze, and display
financial and operational performance indicators that can be
used as the basis for business decisions. This gives companies
the information and tools they need to make mid-course corrections
and develop and implement strategic plans that address the
frenetic pace of of the business environment. My professional
focus will continue to be on helping clients define, analyze,
and act on vital performance measures that indicate the health
of their business, and to be a knowledge resource that helps
them achieve short, mid, and long-term business objectives.
