Dan Bowdey is a Senior Consultant with the Breckenridge Institute®, and Principal at Bowdey Associates. Dan has over 25 years of experience in turning around under-performing business units; analyzing and resolving significant manufacturing problems; improving operations and supporting top and bottom-line growth; and building highly motivated management teams. He has extensive experience in the areas of startup, turnaround, Greenfield facilities development, lean and cellular manufacturing, supply chain MRP, compliance, QA and QC, strategic and tactical planning, KPIs, and technology infusion.
Formerly Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of Boulder Steel Inc, and Vice President of Operations at LEED Fabrication Services Inc., Dan has proven expertise in driving rapid growth, increasing capacity, and maximizing profitability; restructuring organizations to support rapid growth; increasing production capacity and improving quality and safety through Kaizen methods; overcoming operating inefficiencies and implementing improved supply chain systems; and improving organizational communications and HR development in preparation for organizational growth. Dan has a BS in Industrial Engineering and a BS in Business from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from Colorado State University.<<Back
