Breckenridge Press
The Breckenridge Press is the publication arm of the
Institute’s Center for Research and Development. It offers
custom book publishing services to self-publishing authors who produce
books, papers, assessment tools, and training curricula in areas
related to understanding how organizational culture is formed, how
it works day-to-day, and how to harness its invisible power. The
Breckenridge Press is also interested in publishing material that
explores topics related to improving human performance within the
context of organizational culture.
As members of the Small Publishers Association of North
America (SPAN), the Breckenridge Press helps authors to navigate
the complex process of getting their work published. We use a network
of publishing experts to provide authors with services in areas such

The Breckenridge Press is committed to publishing the
kinds of books, training materials, assessment tools, and methodologies
that provide leaders and managers with the information they need
to make informed decisions.
Starting in 2007, the Breckenridge Institute will host
a bi-annual conference on organizational culture in Breckenridge,
Colorado. Entitled Harnessing the Power of Culture™ 2007,
the conference will feature presentations by noted experts, round-table
discussions, and working groups on cutting-edge topics concerning
how organizational culture is formed, how it works day-to-day, how
to harness its invisible power, and how to improve human performance
within the context of organizational culture. Presentations made
at the conference, as well as other papers on topics related to corporate
culture will be published by the Breckenridge Institute in the Institute’s Journal
of Organizational Culture™.
