Consortium on Organizational Culture™
The Breckenridge Institute has formed the Research
Consortium on Organizational Culture™ to further our understanding of the research and practice related to organizational culture. More
specifically, the Consortium is dedicated to increasing our understanding
of how culture is formed, it’s impact on day-to-day operations,
and how culture is changed.
Individual members of the Consortium are actively
involved in the research and practice of organizational culture and
come from academia, government, business sector, and private consulting.
Organizational members are committed to furthering our understanding
of the nature and workings of organizational culture.
Presentations made as part of the Research Consortium on Organizational Culture™, as well as other papers on topics related to organizational development and organizational culture are published by the Breckenridge Press in the Institute's Journal of Organizational Culture™.
